Voice and the inner self

Your voice is who you are, quite often people haven't even heard their own voice.  Sometimes this is due to being told to be quiet, it is often linked to a feeling of self worth. 


This means that when you try and let your voice out, you have difficulty in letting it go and being heard.

Through a selection of singing, sound and movement exercises I will help you hear yourself.  Then through this you can give yourself the permission you need to have your voice heard.

​

Sessions last from one hour to an afternoon.  Initially we will discuss what you feel and how we will proceed.  It maybe that you might take part in one of our groups or simply join in one to one sessions.

​

The aim is to give you the confidence to 'sound out', be heard and understand the 'note inside'.
