Getting here and staying

We are able to provide a list of local accommodation.  This ranges from hotels, hostels, campsites and mobile home sites.

We are unable to book apart for the Pyrenean experience.

​

Travel:  There are three airports within 2 hours of us and 3 more within 3 hours. The nearest is Pau, but if you are coming from the UK look at Biarritz or Lourdes.

The venue is some distance (5 km) from the nearest town so a hire car could be beneficial.  

For the Pyrenean experience travel to and from the venue from the accommodation and daily excursions will be will be included in the price.  Travel from airport to the accommodation is the clients responsibility.

Meals: Vegetarian meals will be provided at lunch time including some wine. Other meals will be the responsibility of the delegates.  Once again the pyrenean experience will be on a full board basis - more details will be provided closer to the event.

Payment.  Payment details will be provided nearer the dates.  The main reason for this is the uncertainty related to the 2021 season due to the continuing virus issues.

The wool issues.  Felting involves using raw wool, soap and water.  Very rarely some may find that they are sensitive to these natural products.  Please do not place yourself in a position of risk if you know that you are sensitive.
